May 2004 - Dar es Salaam, Tazania, Central Africa

Rather spur of the moment, at the prompting of God, I ended up in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania in May of 2004. My cousin Melinda Koehler has been a missionary in Africa for more than 20 years, and she's wanted me to come forever. Now that she and her husband Dan and their 3 kids pastor a church in the tropical Dar es Salaam (after serving several years in both the Congo and Rwanda), I finally made it to see them. I taught the Parenting seminar for a whole week, twice a day. It was so interesting to teach it in a foreign country. I enjoyed my visit very much.
